Training Specialist

Position: Training Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Training Specialist to join our team.
The selected individual will be responsible for creating training materials and supporting retail activities.
The ideal candidate will also conduct comparative analyses with competitor products.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and update training materials for staff.
Organize and manage training events, both in-store and external.
Support the Field Force coordination.
Conduct comparative analyses on competitor products.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.
Requirements: 2-3 years in a trainer role.
Experience in the smartphone business is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with comparative product analysis and the relevant market.
Good knowledge of the English language.
