Training & Personnel Certification Product Development

Manage and develop customized training products & PECs, in accordance with DNV policies, procedures and instructions. Support training & PEC delivery activities. Management of external suppliers for customized products and support sales functions for the identification of customers' training needs.The role acts as the point of reference for sales colleagues, trainers, clients whenever a customized training activity is needed other than manage and develop PEC offer.The main areas of responsibility are: Manage existing PEC Schemes and identify & develop new schemes according to market needs. Prepare new certification regulation involving technical internal and external resources. Manage and develop PEC Plan in accordance with Training & Personnel Certification Manager and Management, Ensure and monitor all activities related to the delivery of Personnel Certification in accordance to DNV procedures and policies Identify existing or upcoming personnel certification opportunities from the Market/Normative scenario. Build an internal and external stakeholder network accordingly. Understand and analyse customized training needs coming from the Market. Design customized training programs accordingly, involving external or internal SME as needed. Join meeting with clients and colleagues as needed to guarantee best customization service to clients. Identifies training opportunities from the market in terms of areas to explore and new courses. Identify and develop new courses that will be included within the "Factory" offer Ensure and improve delivery effectiveness of customized training activities, in cooperation with other functions within the Team Manage direct and functional resources as needed in order to carry on customized training and PEC activities. Manage external suppliers for customized training services & PEC Cooperate with other Functions within the Team in order to assure all public & private training delivery activities whenever needed.
