The Training Department ensure our knowledge,know-how and learning's are structured and stored correctly in our Facility and schedules training's.
Specific Vestas training's are held by the department
**Responsibilities**
- Leading and ensuring that the training of employees is structured
- Followup on Vestas training documentation is stored digitally and is available for relevant personnel all time
- Setting up training courses
- Developing training courses operationally i.e., how to lay up on a mould,
tactically i.e.
Training in legal matters for all employees
- Developing the induction courses for employees
- Setup structured review for all employees in their training levels, to ensure
- Training should be retrained structured in a timeframe or similar
- Storing all training courses correctly
- Leading other training coordinators on-site
- Daily Gemba walks
**Qualifications**
- Master degree in information, technology and learning or in combination.
- Otherwise a highly skilled teacher focused on adults learning
- Knowledge about how a Value and supply chain operates
**Competencies**
- Must know the MS-office package
- Be able to speak fluent Italian and English
