We are currently selecting for TRAINING ENGINEER Ref code: CR_2402-132_ Training Engineer Job summary MISSION: Responsible for defining, evaluating, developing the training plan, starting from the ITB/contractual requirements.
During bid phase, by analyzing the ITB documentation, the Training Engineer produces the proposal documentation in compliance with the requirements, identifying qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
During execution phase, the Training Engineer details and consolidates the documents along the engineering development and the vendors definition, and subsequently will discuss it and agree with Client.
TASKS: Collecting, evaluating, and managing the Didactic Material from Vendors, and consequently managing any corrective actions might be necessary; Preliminary training schedule preparation and supporting the Site Training Coordinator for Vendors mobilization in due time, according to the pertaining site procedure; Supporting the Site Training Coordinator during the training execution phase at site; Ensuring that the training is in line with the contract requirements; Supporting in preparation of final training report for final handover to Company.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (diploma is acceptable as well); Previous field work experience on Industrial Plant (Petrochemical, Oil Gas) with training roles; Fluent in English, spoken and written; Team-oriented, self-motivated with problem resolution, good inter- personal and communication skills; Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
