As a Training & Onboarding Manager at Dulcedo, you will play a key role in ensuring a standardized and seamless onboarding process for all talent agents across all branches.
Your responsibilities will cover the full onboarding journey, from conducting unit training to supporting agents through their first six months. You will also assist in enhancing negotiation techniques and processes, ensuring high performance and consistency.
WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Talent Agents, covering all necessary training and development. Conduct unit training and offer continuous support to new agents during their first six months to ensure smooth integration into Dulcedo's operations. Participate in all initial call #1 meetings to help fine-tune agents' negotiation techniques and ensure adherence to company standards. Maintain consistency in onboarding processes across all branches, ensuring every new agent receives the same high-quality training and preparation. Hold weekly meetings with all new hires throughout their first six months. Set out goals for the new agent for the first 6 months. Create a 90 days development plan for each new hire. Develop a video library of training materials. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or Sales Management. Typically 3-5 years of proven experience in sales training or sales management, demonstrating successful development and implementation of training programs for sales teams. Experience designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires, particularly within sales departments. Experience managing or leading a team, especially within training or sales contexts, is highly beneficial. Strong capabilities in delivering training sessions and workshops, engaging participants, and facilitating discussions and learning activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information, coach trainees, and collaborate with other departments.
