Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. Trainers evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments in the building. The Trainer assists in driving the success training plans and supporting the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce.

Prerequisite: Willing to work on flexible schedules / shifts

Key job responsibilities
- Deep dive on a daily basis on main Learning & Development KPIs
- Partnership with Operations and other Support functions to improve overall learning experience of new hires and cross trainees
- Performance root cause analysis and effective coaching delivery
- Guaranteeing standard training procedures to be up-to-dated, reflecting current business need and delivered against EU standards
- Training delivery / auditing
- Instructor and Peer trainers supervision

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Proficient spoken and written local language
- Intermediate English (B1 minimum)
- Advanced knowledge in all MS Office packages
- Well-honed communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to deliver feedback, coaching and deliver training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Problem Solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and team work
- Ability to deliver within straight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Basic understanding of project management

- Excel coding skills (VBA, PowerQuery) would be appreciated
