Trainer

Development:
- Develop and plan training calendar in line with the Italian Training strategy and adapt it to retailer specific environment;
- Adapt the training modules and be creative in inventing new way for training delivery;
- Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends.
Execution:
- Deliver training programs in the classroom (online & offline);
- Liaise with the commercial team to guarantee a training plan aligned with retail needs;
- Management and implementation of digital tools.
Follow-up:
- Measure and monitor the impact of the training activities in terms of business and qualitative KPIs;
- Track field training actions;
- Be proactive in proposing improvement actions.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 1/2 years' experience in training roles preferably in beauty/fragrances sector;
- Dynamic and motivational presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge of training methods and tools (traditional and digital);
- Proactive, curiosity, ability to think "out of the box";
- Digital mindset;
- Strong knowledge of Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Fluency in English;
- Able to work in a dynamic environment;
- Interpersonal skills and passion for travelling.
