Trainee Public Law - Milan Office

Linklaters is looking for a Trainee to join its Milan based team in the Public Law department . Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. Linklaters' pan-European expertise is long-standing in all fields of regulatory, administrative and environmental law aspects, including State aid , public procurement as well as urban planning . Particular fields of expertise include energy (renewables and emissions trading issues), defence, infrastructure , utilities , telecommunications and real estate . Our specialists are involved in major innovative and complex transactions, advising corporates, commercial banks, public funded entities, local authorities and national governments.

Key requirements A Law Degree from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficiency level in English (C1 level required);
Knowledge of MS Office;
Experience, preferable in urban planning and construction law matters within a top tier firm, is a plus.
