The position will be part of the Activation & Trade Services team in Milan, reporting to the In Store Excellence Manager.

In brief, your responsibilities will be: Actively supporting the implementation of in-store activation plansSales and market trends analysis (sell in and sell out analysis)Playing an active role in coordinating promotional activities in stores involving Sales Field ForceCrafting communication and POP materials for our Sales channelsProviding ideas and following projects for activities and process improvement Hard Skills Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)Proficient in English and ItalianGood command of MS office, especially ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills Professional Attributes Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics: looking to be trained in real business life conditions.Communication Skills: You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
