As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building. We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist (maternity cover) who is responsible for the brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country & Evolv for Italy. You will cooperate closely between the Sales Team and the International Marketing Teams to make sure, that marketing goals are achieved according to the strategy and brand guidelines.Tasks & responsibilitiesPlanning, execution, and reporting of local annual trade marketing activities with a focus on in-store executions, focus points, highlight areas, showrooms, shop windows, and digital trade marketingPlanning, executing, and reporting the annual trade marketing activity calendar with all key accounts and field accountsAdaptation and preparation of the international trade marketing assets (POS tools, shop windows, content, graphics)Controlling and reporting of the marketing budgetsCoordination of external and internal stakeholders like agencies, Merchandising and Sales teamsImplementation of the international marketing and brand strategy through regular exchangeAlignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plansProfileDegree in marketing, communication, or businessFirst business experience in marketingGood understanding of the outdoor industryExcellent organization & IT-skillsExcellent Italian and English skills, German skills are a plusGood coordination and teamwork skills, outgoing, creativeWillingness to travel (20-30%) and be on-fieldPassion for mountain sports (f.e. ski touring, trail running, mountaineering, climbing)Workplace: Bolzano, ItalyFor this position, we offer a maternity cover contract!If you are interested in working in a challenging, international, and dynamic environment then apply now!
