As a Trade Marketing Specialist at Suntory, your prior experience is within the FMCG business. You have a curious and analytical mind. You are a positive and energetic self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for our iconic brands to do better. You enjoy partnering up with our Key Account Managers and Brand Managers to support business reviews at our customer and you are always eager to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives in an engaging way.
YOUR ROLE
In your role, you ensure the Brand Activation in the PoS of the different Channels, under the functional leadership of the Marketing Manager and in coordination with the Sales Team. You will support the Marketing Manager in other brand marketing initiatives.
Some of the things you will do are:
Contribute to the creation of the brand activation plan per channel . Support the Management in gaining the buy-in from Partners, via ad hoc presentations, cases, and activities. Own the creation or the adaptation of the TMKTG assets by leading external providers. Support the Marketing Manager in other brand marketing activities. Support the Sales Team in deploying the TMKTG initiatives via Partners or, where appropriate, autonomously. Support Partners Team in Sell-in and Sell-out activities by providing next to mechanics and assets, expertise and know-how . Alongside desk analysis, perform Gemba activity to distil key shopper insight and do's and don'ts. YOUR TEAM

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role. Experience in brand marketing is a plus. Knowledge of FMCG food route to market On and Off trade in Italy. Strong analytical skills and familiarity in using and interpreting main consumer and shopper databases. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with autonomy. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Italian mother tongue + strong command of the English language. Proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, Excel). DEI
