Purpose of Position: The Trade Marketeer supports to generate sales in the region in collaboration with our channel partners by developing and executing relevant programs & activities that target specific (end) customers.
The roles refer to Chocolate and Creams category only.

Description of the main activities/responsibilities: Developing special programs and campaigns, targeting and supporting Gourmet Distributors and direct clients.
Improving brand and product presence across channels, in alignment with the annual commercial priorities and corporate & brand strategy, using offline and online channels.
Monitoring and analyzing: The Italian market, the various channel and competitor developments; The performance of IRCA product ranges, products and campaigns referring to Chocolates and Creams.
Preparing & executing programs and campaigns with the right: Product offering, looking at our existing worldwide assortment; Promotion mechanism; Planning, execution and follow-up to channel and customer(s); Demo preparations.
Acting as the key liaison between channels & customers and our Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support and Supply Chain.
Coordinating the execution of: Materials, Communication, Presentations, Customer events (internal & external), Trade show presence, Training for distributors and their sales teams, Samples, Social media content.
Providing input for new product introduction and development.
Maintaining customer relationships for continuous and future demands and purchases.
Requisitions: Education: BSc/BA in marketing, and or business administration, statistics, sales or relevant field.
Professional Skills: Good data analysis skills; Knowledge of market and retail dynamics and understanding of sales strategies, Category management skills; negotiation skills.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales, preferably in Chocolate sector.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and analytical tools and software.
Behavioural Requirements: Strong communication and relation skills; problem solving and negotiation skills; attention to details; strong goal oriented, adaptability, team working and flexibility.
