Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST The position will directly report to the General Manager and will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring the marketing activities aimed at both the intermediate distribution channels (i.e.
wholesalers or pharmacy chains) and individual pharmacies, with specific reference to Italian Pharma Ethic business.
He/She will support KAM's activity by providing presentations and other marketing materials and will support the preparation of the single trade plans for each customer, taking care of their correct implementation.
He/She will coordinate with the Marketing Managers of the Commercial Companies of the group, in order to define activities and materials consistent with the marketing profile of each brand.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the realization of the activities based on the annual MASTER PLAN defined by the management and in line with assigned budget Ensure constant quality support, detailing, merchandising and training Support KAM's and Companies in both product and service activities (according with local law and regulation) Ensure the constant monitoring of the effectiveness and impact of the implemented promotional plans and identify any corrective actions Submit activity planning and actual activity reports to the General Manager within agreed timelines.
