Our team is looking for a dynamic talent ready to join our projects within the UK and Nordics area.
You will work very closely with the UK Marketing Lead and Sales Team, ensuring seamless planning and executions of all trade marketing initiatives.
You will help find opportunities with Key Account partners to grow brand awareness and sell-out - managing projects from brief through to execution.
This is a Mat Leave cover initially for 12 months.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate marketing activity across traditional retailers (department stores, independent opticians, chains, boutiques) such as but not limited to POS, customizations, permanent fixtures, training, events, DM, advertising, GWP
- Discussing the brief with the client and identifying the key messages they wish to convey.
- Propose and implement mid and short-term programs and relevant budgets linked to the brands, translating the Commercial Targets into operative input and projects aimed to combine sales request and brand needs
- Build digital marketing campaigns with pure on-line players and brick and clicks customers in order to ensure perfect brand representation on customer websites while creating activities to bring traffic to our portfolio.
- Keep track of all marketing material such as flyers, invites, brochures, presentations for the independent & key accounts market
- Responsible for all administrative duties and reporting associated with marketing: prepare mail outs and ensure the distribution of marketing, advertising, to customers and sales agents
- Ensure and handle communication flow within the Commercial Teams with the aim of coordinating the implementation of dedicate guidelines, tools and reporting sets in order to foster the level of commitment and awareness.

- Assisting with Brand/Sales meetings, client brand training & Trade Shows
- In connection with Sales Team, maintain consistent on-field information from competition, analysing market moves, new brands, new collections, special projects and activities and share reports internally

3 years of trade marketing or marketing background
- Strong communication skills and professional level of English
- Able to work in a team as well as coordinate teams
- Good MS office skills especially Excel
