As Trade Marketer, you will report to the Head of Commercial Excellence. For the brands under your responsibility, you will activate all the levers of trade marketing. You will lead commercial strategy in pharma and Mass Market (supermarkets) channels and guarantee the integration of plans between marketing strategies on brands and sales execution, with the objective of sell out MS increase. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and many other colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and monitor the categories of interest within the pharmacy channels (pharmacies, drugstores, cooperatives, wholesalers)Analyze sell-in policies & sell-out performancesEnsure the full implementation of the trade marketing strategies in the point of sale in coherence with company objectivesMake strategic analysis of the assortment, promotional activities and pricing within the various sales channelsUnderstand the competition market through data analysisManage external partners/agencies (merchandising, creative, print, in store activities) and budgetsBuild a relationship with the clientsDefine & implement category management policiesSupport the management of strategic plans and dedicated top customers planDefine, in collaboration with commercial team and in coherence with trade spending targets, canvass commercial conditions for the categoriesDefine & implement ideal POS materials in coherence with marketing strategies, compliance policies & procedures and tool to support the brand strategy and test innovative solutionsPresent forecasting of the volumes & values sales inside S&OP integrated business processBe responsible in the process to pay activities connected to PO generation PROFILE 2-3 years' experience in Trade Marketing or very similar activities (marketing, analysis, sales)Background in OTC, Consumer Health or Pharma sector with knowledge of Pharmacies or GDOStrong knowledge and relationship with agenciesDegree in Economics or similarFluent English and ItalianExcellent skills with digital tools (Excel and PPT)Analytical capabilities WHAT WE OFFER Permanent contract, full timeHybrid work (3 days in Milan's office + Monday/Friday at home)#J-18808-Ljbffr
