Job Description The Trade Channel Manager will work closely with the Sales Managers defining supply optimization practices, routes to market analysis, targeted pharmacy relationships and any other commercial initiatives that drive domestic revenues. With the Pricing Managers and The Senior Trade Manager will work on the commercial strategies which cover discount policy development and implementation. In alignment with sales and marketing strategy will be responsible for the development and delivery of value added services to commercial partners such as pharmacies to maximize Allergan's domestic revenue through these channels.

Supports the Medical Aesthetics BU to maximize Allergan's domestic revenues in line with commercial strategy: 80% Contribute to the definition of commercial policy to maximize domestic revenue across all franchises, working with the Area Managers to ensure best practice is adopted and implemented effectively. Contribute to review these policies on at least an annual basis ensuring they continue to achieve stated aims and ensure that commercial policies are in line with the changing competitor environment. Work with sales force and marketing to identify opportunities to increase domestic revenue and market share from new or amended trading routes. The Trade Manager has a key role in implementing agreed supply optimization processes across all departments (customer services, legal, commercial, finance etc.) and products. Quotas are implemented efficiently in line with legally approved processes across agreed products. Extraordinary orders are monitored and supplied in line with approved processes. Manages communication with all impacted parties to ensure Allergan Aesthetics complies with any legal requirements for supply optimization. Ensures imbalances of supply and demand (across all products) are highlighted to the country management and international team so appropriate action can be taken. Works with Area Managers and demand planners to ensure supply forecasts are aligned to domestic consumption forecasts. Manages relationship with targeted pharmacy accounts negotiating the placement of Allergan Aesthetics products to support commercial strategies. Develops and implements agreed value add services for these customers such as sales and communication skills for pharmacy staff creating benefit for both parties. Supply Optimization Implementation: 20% The Trade Manager is the lead in the market for implementing agreed supply optimization processes across all departments (customer services, legal, commercial, finance etc.) and products (Eye Care, Medical and Specialty). Responsible for ensuring domestic market is supplied in-line with domestic consumption. Quotas are implemented efficiently in line with legally approved processes across agreed products. Extraordinary orders are monitored and supplied in line with approved processes. Manages communication with all impacted parties to ensure Allergan complies with any legal requirements for supply optimization. Develops appropriate trackers and tracks implementation effectiveness and makes appropriate improvements to align to agreed supply optimization KPIs. Ensures imbalances of supply and demand (across all products) are highlighted to the country management and international team so appropriate action can be taken. Main contacts External: E.g.
