II):Qualifications and skills:A relevant higher degree (Master's or equivalent) in economics, business, international relations, trade, or a related field.Strong understanding and analytical skills to present and communicate on trade agreements, particularly the EU-Africa trade framework, and the Global Gateway initiative as well as ability to offer actionable insights.Proficiency in English is required.A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in trade facilitation, economic development, investment promotion, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in working with international stakeholders, particularly in EU-Africa relations in particular high-level stakeholder engagements and policy dialogues.Strong knowledge of the EU-Africa trade dynamics, especially in relation to the EU's trade agreements and initiatives such as the Global Gateway and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) with the aim of developing investment strategies and sector specific roadmaps for fostering public-private partnerships and promoting sustainable investments.Expertise in developing strategic roadmaps, investment frameworks, and facilitating collaborations between the private and public sectors in order to alleviate regulatory issues, and governance frameworks that affect trade and investment in Africa.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send it to ******.
