Job Title: Traction Powertrain System Engineer

Purpose of the Job: Development of innovative train traction and powertrain system using fuel cells, energy storage and hybrid technologies.

Mission of the Job: The Innovative Traction Engineer develops the latest generation of train traction systems based on hydrogen fuel cells, energy storage, and hybrid technologies. The Innovative Traction Engineer, following the complete train development cycle from tender to project and validation, shall:

Define train architectures based on fuel cell, energy storage, and hybrid systems to satisfy traction performances.Define battery solutions in fuel cell and hybrid power traction systems.Define the size of batteries and fuel cells to satisfy train power performance.Define thermal and electrical performance of fuel cell and energy storage systems and manage train integration.Define train test and validation strategy with the validation team.Manage customer, internal, and transversal requirements. Allocate requirements to technical solutions.Manage technical meetings with the customer and supplier.Manage the return of experience from projects.Supervise commissioning and validation activities. Educational Requirements and Skills: Energy or Electrical Engineer Master Degree preferred.Minimum 3 Years' Experience On Product Development.Fluent English.Able to work in a team and share work results easily.
