Day Shift
Specific Hours Required: 7:00 am-3:00 pm
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Apello provides service 24/7, 365 days per year. Telephone Operators are required to work:
Weekends: One weekend day EVERY week - either Saturday or Sunday. This is every week. It is NOT rotating.
Holidays: Apello provides service on ALL major holidays. Telephone Operators are required to work on some holidays.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must speak fluent Spanish and EnglishType 35+ WPMGood grammar and spellingExcellent customer service skillsPatienceDetail OrientedAbility to make good decisions in the absence of specific instructionsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Previous work experience preferredExperience assisting customers over the phone is preferred but not requiredHigh School diploma preferred, but Apello does employ high performing High School students
