We are looking for a** Total Talent Manager**
**Job Summary**
Within the Group Sourcing Function, the Total Talent Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of the Total Talent strategy.
Mainly focused on Italy and Switzerland market, the role will support the international Fincons Group business expansion ensuring a holistic approach to external talent on the marketplace.
The Total Talent Manager has responsibilities of designing, support the implementation and be accountable for the related processes run of a holistic platform of total workforce management.
The new platform will support new processes that will harmonize internal talent acquisition, external third-party engagement and existing resources operations scheduling.
The role will be key to support the Group Sourcing Function Total Talent strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Undertake a company data harmonization/cleansing project to allow business tools talk the same language
- Identify the target total talent platform solution and the related best of breed that could enable an overall effective and economic solution
- Design, build and run of the holistic total talent platform
- Work in a total talent environment team with internal Talent Acquisition and scheduling team.
- Support the Supplier segmentation process and evaluation
- Support the Recruiting process and tools usage effectivness
- Design and develop relevant RFP documents for Supplier framework agreements leveraging strategic sourcing best practices.
- Propose innovative practices in the make or buy talent strategy
- Support the hiring plan strategy and forecast
- Leverage reporting, data and analytics to suggest adjustment to the external talent strategy
- Participate actively in the function and company meeting fostering a team spirit
- Responsible to manage the evolution of the Total Talent platform and related best of breed.
- Develop and improve the basic reporting platform to track talent acquisition performance, external requisition performance, scheduling process performance.
- Manage community: Schedule team meetings, encourage synergies & knowledge sharing
**Qualifications and skills**
- A bachelor's degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education
- 7-10 years working experience in Procurement (Contingent staff management)
- At least 7-10 years working experience in system integration projects
- Ability to understand client requirements and executing Procurement strategies to meet those requirements
- Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management
- Good understanding of Procurement processes
- Good understanding of relevant industry
- Strong data analytical skills
- Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution
- Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Good English level
