Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
We are seeking a TLC Service Coordinator with the skills necessary to plan, design, deliver, and manage access network infrastructure in a multidisciplinary environment.
This role involves working with both wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi), private mobile radio systems, networks for managing audio and video components, and mobile radio network access components.
The successful candidate will collaborate directly with our supplier partners, who are responsible for building the infrastructure, and will engage in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
This position is also aimed at completing the corporate IP geographical network that serves the Foundation and the Games.
The TLC Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity for users at the relevant venues.
Key Responsibilities : Planning Installation Configuration and security management Testing and verification Troubleshooting Implementation Ongoing network operations Essential Skills : Basic Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies, necessary for managing and resolving any problems or service interruptions.
Project Management : Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and monitor activities.
Problem-Solving Skills : Capable of quickly identifying and resolving technical issues or faults.
Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal staff, telecom service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of requirements and expectations, as well as to manage supplier relationships.
Goal Orientation : Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand user needs and deliver telecom solutions that meet those requirements.
Listening attentively and providing timely, high-quality support are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desirable Qualifications : Foreign Languages : Experience in multidisciplinary teams and proficiency in a foreign language is highly appreciated.
Enthusiasm : A strong passion for the job is important in this fast-paced, dynamic context.
