Position: Time and Attendance Administrator
Arthrex Human Resources is growing and actively seeking a Time and Attendance Administrator who collaborates with the medical leave team for all medical leaves to ensure ongoing claim management within Company standards and industry best practices. They will also assist the payroll team to ensure pay accuracy and compliance. The position requires experience in clerical or time and attendance processing and strong computer skills. Basic knowledge of leave policies and payroll experience strongly preferred. Experience in HRIS systems highly desired. This position will be located on the Naples, FL campus. If hired for this position, you will be eligible for a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings). You will be paid the $2,000.00 during your first pay period. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with employees and managers to explain information related to time and attendance coding for medical leaves.Communicate and collaborate with HR Leaves Specialists and Payroll administrators.Review and audit time and attendance entries prior to payroll processing.Stay current and up to date on all applicable federal and state leave of absence regulations.Act as a resource to educate management and employees on time and attendance policies, procedures, and federal and state requirements.Responsible for maintenance of time and attendance process handbook.Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for timely entry of all medical leave of absence data, including all SAP PA40 LOA actions and absence coding in time system.Collaborate with HR Leaves Specialists for all medical leaves time and attendance entries.Responsible for managing the Arthrex Medical Leaves inbox.Audit hours coded for payroll by running payroll simulations in SAP ERP and make any necessary adjustments prior to the pay run.Coordinate with HR Leaves Specialist regarding any wage overpayments and the HR Benefits team for any benefit arrears collections that may result from LOA.Resource for payroll questions pertaining to LOA time coding and SAP actions.Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.One year of clerical or time and attendance experience required.Payroll experience preferred.Experience with SAP and Workforce is a plus.Skills: Ability to effectively manage one's time and handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Basic knowledge of MS Office programs required.Ability to learn new systems quickly to perform most job functions.Ability to communicate ideas, results, recommendations, and status effectively in oral and written forms.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD).Basic knowledge of general Company HR policies.Reasoning Ability, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment and reasoning required.Work is performed under close supervision.Follows specific detailed instructions/processes.Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy and accuracy in meeting objectives.Language and Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above.Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management.Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany-Provided Life InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Supplemental Insurance Plans (Accident, Cancer, Hospital, Critical Illness)Matching 401(k) Retirement PlanAnnual BonusWellness Incentive ProgramFree Onsite Medical ClinicsFree Onsite LunchTuition Reimbursement ProgramTrip of a LifetimePaid Time OffEmployee Assistance Provider (EAP)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
