Time And Methods Engineer (Leathergoods)

About the role: The recruited person will play a key role in the development of Maison's Industrial strategy on Leathergoods, working closely with LG Industrial Director on the transition to façon for LLG/MLG/SLG and managing relations with internal teams (Product Development, Technical Team and Industrialization) and external manufacturers.
He/she will be involved in continuous improvement projects, acting as the main interlocutor on the basis of his/her experience.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will be in charge of: - construction of the façon sheet for individual products in the leathergoods category; - recording the timing of each production stage (cutting, preparation, assembly etc.)
in the workshop or at manufacturers' premises; - updating façon sheet on the basis of revisions required by industrialization team; - activly participating in new product development and process engineering, providing feedback on time recorded and suggesting improvement actions; - identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects; HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
