Therapy Specialist Structural Intervention Job Description: The Opportunity Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of Structural Heart disease.

The therapy specialist provides technical & clinical support to customers.
Specifically, you will: Gain specific knowledge of products/therapies and become a clinical/product expert.
Attend and support cases in the accounts.
Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory, proper technical/clinical support to the customer, distributors.
Interact with physicians, their assistants, and hospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinical questions related to products.
Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networks.
Assist with product marketing and launches.
Participate in local and sometimes international workshops and congresses.
Prepare and maintain the equipment needed to organize wet labs and training.
Provide technical support information to public tender and customer service departments when required.
Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.
Follow-up on all standing Regulatory and Quality procedures.
Report on business progress and customer feedback.
Collect and analyze market data and trace competitor's marketing and sales activities.
Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
Qualifications: University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
Working experience in structural heart or cardiovascular field preferred.
Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal in addition to Italian fluency.
Good communication skills and be a sound ethical character.
Team and solution-oriented with the customer needs as a driver.
Customer-focused, and service-minded.
Geographical Scope: Northern Italy (preference Milan) The base pay for this position is: N/A.
