**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES**
- Provide Customers with continuous Abbott technology update aiming to deliver the highest value added in term of therapeutic solutions
- Provide technical support to implants and follow ups
- Build personal relationship/intimacy with Customers providing adeguate support to their scientific and technological needs
- Act as main interface to implement specific education, marketing and clinical initiatives defined at Customer level
- Liaise with Agents and Bid & Tender office during bids preparation - technical specifications and support material
- Support Congress activities
Ensure all Abbott standing procedures are followed.
- TRAINING & EDUCATION ACTIVITIES
- Develop local training activities (including the use of simulator)
- Be the link with implanters for educational activities
- Put the basis to be partner of the main medical Associations in developing training programs for physicians and nurses
**EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES**
School or University qualifications
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent
Knowledge and skills (e.g.
languages, PC,)
- At least 1 years experience in similar activities
- Good English knowledge, both written and verbal
Natural abilities (teamplayer, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator, etc.
)
