Main Purpose of the job Develops the capital equipment business;Promotes clinical and technical value of products to potential and existing customers;Reaches assigned sales targets;Conducts trainings internally & externally.Key Responsibilities Delivers technical and clinical presentations for customers to support competitive advantages of endovascular devices;Leverages deep knowledge of clinical data to provide adding value in conversation with physicians;Conducts external/internal training on AV endovascular devices;Leads product launches in the field;Drives marketing campaigns to assigned customers;Develops valuable relationships with the targeted accounts or KOLs;Supports tender department to collect technical info and data to be presented in tenders and offers;Ensures monitoring and support on required product certifications and provides physicians certification documents to the involved departments in compliance with procedures;Builds strong relationships and collaboration across sales teams;Builds and maintains positive working relationships with medical and admin staff;Plans and tracks activities with hi-tech tools like Salesforce-PBI;Ensures periodic counting of the account consignment;Ensures appropriate and timely sales forecast on the assigned customers;Acts in compliance with policies and procedures.Minimum Requirements Scientific mindset;Ability to interface with customers and key opinion leaders, communication and presentation skills;Understanding of products and their therapies, Data analysis;College degree - University degree in relevant discipline is a plus;Good knowledge of English (listening and writing);Work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience is a plus.
