Scope of responsibility:
Support planning and execution of EMEA customer engagements program. Establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following customer engagement events. Partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel. Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics. Work with teams including Global R&D and EMEA marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions. Coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping/customs paperwork for domestic and international events. Create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements. Contribute to continuous improvement/innovation for future programs. Create and manage specific tools to collect and analyze Voice of Customer. Requirements:
BS in engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative approach. What we can offer to you:
