No Offer Description The researcher will develop ecological models with theoretical approaches based on stochastic processes, random matrix theory, and dynamical systems theory, in addition to computational approaches based on simulations in Python, Julia, and C++ environments. A strict collaboration with the other research teams of the consortium, as well as with research groups at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, is expected, together with availability to spend periods abroad hosted by research partners. The activity will take place at the Complex Multilayer Networks Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Manlio De Domenico. The selection takes place through the evaluation of the titles, scientific and professional CV, academic/scientific publications, and reference letters.
