The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Key Account with main focus on East European and CIS countries who will join our dynamic Tourism Marketing EMEAI Team in Sanremo. Job Description Your opportunity The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only. Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective. The mission of TMLO business is to offer our guests exclusive amazing experiences to best valorize the time they spend in our villages and their shopping. Thanks to the collaboration network we keep developing with all the best players of luxury hospitality in the world, our malls are a destination for millions of high-profile guests coming from overseas as well as from the local area. We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales. How you will contribute Support Tourism Marketing Manager and Tourism Marketing Coordinator in defining the short and medium-term strategy to develop the incoming flows of qualitative visitors to our malls Organize sales calls and B2B Trips/Meetings, B2B/B2C events to enhance the collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relations with potential new collaborators Attend Tourist Exhibitions and Workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, taking care of the follow up Identify suitable stakeholders of luxury hospitality (e.g. Hotels, Luxury Private Villas, Concierge Services, Tour Operators, DMC, Travel Agencies, Yacht and Golf Clubs, OTA's, Tourist Networks, Air Companies, etc.) to develop new collaborations and roll out an effective plan to best exploit the target market Develop and manage the relationships with DMC in Italy and Cote D'Azur to address visitors to our malls Analyze the market and tourists flow trends to better address and update the development of the related business Take care of the reservations of the visits, organize and welcome familiarization trips Collect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators and customers, assuring them a unique luxury shopping experience at our malls Prepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results and market trends Creation and development of Travel Packages and Experiences in order to promote travel destinations of our Mall Organize Business to Client experiential events focusing on promoting The Mall Luxury Outlets offer and the surrounding touristic destinations Who you are Proficient in Russian language, Fluent speaker in English and Italian A professional with previous working experience in the luxury tourism industry as Incoming Tour Operator, Front Office Agent at Hôtellerie, Sales Agent, Reservation Agent, or similar positions A professional with excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Empathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationships Passionate and enthusiastic person, with never ending energy and positive attitude An expert in using MS Office Suite and social media Available to travel frequently Proven organizational skills and project management attitude will be considered as a plus Why work with us?
