**Position**:
The Textile Industrial Controlling Manager is responsible for the planning and control process of the Supply Chain and Industrial Area of Textile business aimed to support from strategic decisions to operative management by provide insightful economic analysis, evaluation and advice on business processes and performances.
- Coordinates the planning and budgeting processes in the industrial area by working in partnership with the Business Line and Operations & Supply chain teams
- Defines metrics and standard in the industrial field with the aim to support the business in the interpretation of actions/initiatives/investments proposed by the Line by anticipating possible risks and opportunities
- Defines, releases and reviews a periodic reporting system on seasonal standard costs and variances vs actual costs, material consumption monitoring, etc.
to support the business
- Supports the Supply Chain and Raw Material Purchasing Team in the purchasing and production forecasting processes and KPIs monitoring
- Contributes to the reading of Textile P&L in order to evaluate the performance of Operations & Supply Chain and Raw Material Purchasing Teams, in cooperation with Controlling & Business Analysis Textile
- Supports Product Costing Team in calculation and evaluation of seasonal standard cost
- Reviews periodically the cost by department and process in order to set the adequate standard
- Supports Operations & Supply chain teams in the review of the workload and sizing of the production capacity by department and process
- Continuously monitors the relevant KPI's for Industrial and Supply Chain Area (i.e.
: OEE, Lead Time, Level of service, Scrap, etc.
)
- Supports HR in the definition of KPI's and Targets for Workforce incentives
- Collaborates in the evaluation of new investments (make or buy)
- Supports Procurement in the definition of agreements with external sub-contractors
- Provides estimates on cash flow of the relevant cash items in the Industrial Area
- Contributes to develop and to maintain an adequate information technology support for the Industrial Control process (coding, authorization flows, reporting, process checks, etc.)

**Profile**:
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience as Industrial Senior Controller in multinational and structured companies
- Previous Experience in Standard cost process definition
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills
- Business oriented, dynamic, proactive, team player and able to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of industrial ERP, reporting and budget systems (Hyperion and SAP preferred) and Office package (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
