About TétrisTétris, a subsidiary of JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional workspaces. We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies). SITE MANAGERThe Site Manager, reporting directly to the Construction Manager, is responsible for all strategic and operational actions that lead the project to completion within the timelines and budget. Strongly autonomous, they must have experience in site management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Capable of managing the entire project life cycle on site, from mobilization to demobilization, they will implement processes to guide subcontractors, especially in technically complex projects, monitoring the schedule, activities, and necessary resources.
With responsibility for the success of the site in terms of timing and quality, they must possess specialized knowledge in the construction sector. They must provide assistance with information and evaluation to the rest of the team, including estimates, monitoring site costs, direct purchases, verification of active and passive SALs, and productivity verification.
