We are looking for a Business Developer to join the Tétris team.

What this job involvesIdentify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, products, and services.Develop a 3-year strategy with the head of BD to develop business in Italy.Seek out the appropriate contacts in an organization and develop strong business relations.Help to manage and develop existing client relations.Understand the needs of Tétris clients and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs.Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.Work strategically with the Tétris team to ensure a coordinated approach between business development and service delivery.Understand the Tétris business model and be able to discuss, negotiate, and close out opportunities and support with the conclusion of our contracts with the clients.Have a good understanding of the JLL business lines and support with cross-selling activities.Work closely with the other departments within JLL to support joint business development opportunities.Follow up with clients and ensure perfect communication and positive feedback at all stages.Plan promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.Keep abreast of trends and changes in the real estate and business world.Work daily on Salesforce to ensure all information is saved and available for the whole team.
