We are currently seeking a Test Technician to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo, Italy!
This position is responsible for defining and carrying out tests to verify the performances of complete products as well as subassemblies such as printed circuit boards.
Define the test setup necessary to carry out the tests, make the electrical drawings, and coordinate the activities of the team that will build the test setup.
Analyze the test results critically and create the appropriate reports.
Verify technical documentation such as electrical drawings; user and installation manuals; procedures, etc.
Support regular production in case of issues that occur during the testing of the products.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Carry out tests on the products in accordance with the test procedure.
Identify specific tests to validate the products in accordance with the product specifications.
Define the schedule of the test activities.
Review the test results.
Produce manufacturing test procedures and contribute to the user technical documentation.
Cooperate with other engineering functions during the definition of the product specification and review and assess the test results.
Support the manufacturing team in resolving problems during the manufacturing process.
Provide good teamwork behavior with various teams to establish productive cross-functional conditions.
What will make you successful?
Good knowledge of testing tools and laboratory instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscope, logger, power analyzer).
Knowledge of electrical power components.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Capability of writing technical documentation in English.
Good team working attitude and communication skills.
Ability to convert objectives into actions and results.
Customer-oriented and availability to travel.
Basic English language knowledge.
