JOB MISSION To support the performance of new products and the improvement of existing products, empower hairdressers by developing new sustainable and ethical products that drive the growth of the Davines business, showcase the hairdressers' craft, and take care for the environment.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team of Test Space Specialists in the daily activities of:Test space daily planning meetingWelcome the models of Test SpaceParticipate in the test plan for each test modelSupport models in the test preparation for servicesColour applications / permanent / demi / semiBleaching / balayage / highlightsPerm / StraightenerShampoo/ Conditioner/ Treatment applicationsStyling product applicationsBlow drying and finishing hairManage the appointment booking systemsTelephone/ digital diary/ digital client record cardManage data capturing of test results dailyManage entry of Lab test formulas daily PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS Qualified hairdressing certification with a minimum of 2 years' experience.Be confident in all service applications as stated in above duties and key responsibilities.Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, with excellent communication skills.Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.Passion for hair.Fluent in English.
