**Job Summary**:
Test Factory & Modelling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to-End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliver results in line with our Innovation Strategy. Within the Test Factory & Modelling organization we find Test Factory. Test Factory is divided in-between Lund and Modena, owning, and maintaining D&T test equipment and facilitating the test needs of our Programs and scrum-teams around us.
The **Test Hall Expert** primary role is to ensure that our plans within our Test Factories become a reality, collaborating with our external partners and suppliers, as well as with the teams developing Tetra Pak's
installed base and our future machines.
As a Test Hall Expert, you will work very close to operations and are an important element in our test halls, securing that our equipment is utilized correctly and in respect of Operational Health & Safety principles.
This is a permanent position based in Modena (Italy).
**What you will do**:
- Lead Equipment installation in our test halls
- Manage contractors, involved in Test Factory operations
- Lead safety rounds ("Work Environment Assessments") and test hall rounds to secure that equipment and spaces are managed according to our safety standards and rules
- Secure that equipment maintenance is addressed
- Accountable for manage equipment & configuration and kit management
- Contribute to define improvement needs of test facilities, working closely with surrounding organizations
**We believe you have**:
- You have some working experience within verification and validation
- You have some working experience within maintenance and planning
- You have a University Degree or other relevant education
- AutoCad knowledge is a plus
- You have a strong collaborative approach and build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and the team that you will be leading
- You are a flexible person that is open to change and keen in finding solutions to others needs
- You work supporting a dynamic environment having a positive attitude and good communication skills
- You are always looking to improve and systematically look for improvement in our way of working and in our test halls
- You have pro-active and structured working approach and problem-solving ability
- You have quality and safety mindset
