We are currently seeking a Test Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo, Italy!The person will lead the team of Test Engineers and Test Technicians.
Coordinate the validation process, reports the progress of the tests thru burn down charts or equivalent methods.
Verify and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the products.The role requires intensive communication with several stakeholders to capture: high level requirements; feedback from other groups; acceptance criteria with the purpose of translating all of them into clear and executable test cases for the team.What kind of work will you be doing?Lead a team of Test Engineers and Technicians, carry out performance reviews, goal setting and daily management of tasks.Assist the team in being responsible for output of the test effort.Follow test methodology, processes and procedures.Provide guidance and identify KPI of the team members.Develop, formulate, and direct test engineering processes and procedures.Ensure accuracy and consistency of test documentation.Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration.Assure staffing requirements are met.Guide the team members on safety aspects in the laboratory.What will make you successful?Excellent planning and communication skills are required.Good knowledge on electrical power components.Good knowledge of PLM (Product Life Cycle management) and processes.Demonstrated leadership skills.Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership staff.Good English language knowledge.Available for global travels for meetings and testing.University degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience.
