Test Engineer - Audio Automotive

PositionWe are seeking a Test Engineer to join our development and testing team in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will work within our audio lab, supporting the execution of testing and prototyping projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring the proper operation of equipment and producing detailed reports on testing activities.
Main Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tasks, including the setup of test benches, simulators, proto boards, and gateways.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and, when needed, liaise with suppliers to resolve software and hardware issues.Draft comprehensive reports following test execution, documenting any issues or findings.RequirementsHard Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines.Experience with laboratory instruments used for electrical and electronic measurements.Familiarity with testing tools such as CANalyzer and DIAnalyzer.Ability to design and prototype simple boards.Soft Skills: Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve technical challenges with innovative solutions.Communication: Strong skills in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and effectively explaining technical concepts.Attention to Detail: Precision in managing testing processes and in drafting detailed, accurate reports.Other informationFull-time position.Hybrid work setup based in Modena.LocationModena
