SPEA S.p.A., a company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Test Engineer.
Activities: Testability Analysis
- Understand and communicate to team members the customer's testing needs.
- Analyze the specifications of the components to be tested, finding the best match with hardware specs and software features to build-up a complete Testability Report.
- Estimate resources and time required to develop the test application, collaborating with the project manager during the project execution to match the expected delivery date.
Hardware & Test Program Design
- Design the interconnection hardware between the tester and the device to be tested, both for wafer test (EWS) and final test (FT).
- Develop test programs, using SPEA systems operating software and programming instructions.
Debug & Troubleshooting
- Debug the interconnection hardware and Test Program verifying their proper operations and adherence to initial specifications.
- Verify the Test Application produced test data compliant with the customer requirements through statistical data processing.
- Final validation of the application at the customer's production site and related start-up.
- Customer point of contact for all Engineering Support activities and follow-up in production.
