We're seeking a qualified **territory manager** **to help us selling **_pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch_**

of our Continence Care business unit, reporting directly to the commercial director.
Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the intermittent catheters business dynamic, hospital and community's sales process, keen understanding of the medical devices tenders' process and distribution models dynamics, and excels at generating leads, building relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
We're seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, it's essential that our salesperson be approachable and professional.
His or her efforts will help us extend our national reach and impact.
**Objectives of this Role**
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships with clinicians and non-clinical stakeholders and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the customers and end-users
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and activity quotas
- Generate leads, new prescription, secure them from competition and commit to patients' service by building relationships
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research, tenders' and distributions' intelligence
**Daily, Monthly and quarterly Responsibilities**
- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs and how our solutions can meet them
- Identify the opportunities in her/his territory and deploy a plan to win them
- Generate leads, new prescriptions and grow relationships with clinicians, payers and end-users,
- Maintaining an accurate, detailed CRM activities, and developing an active, consistent end-users base
- Execute the sales strategy with a weekly sales calls plan, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
- Work with the whole business unit to design industry-specific outbound efforts
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
- Prepare and conduct month-end, quarter-end and year-end close business review
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's/master's degree
- English as second language to interact with our global partners
- 3-5 years in sales within a hospital and community setting spent in chronic care industries( i.e intermittent catheterism, ostomy, diabetes, wound care, rehab etc.
).
- Experiences in Intermittent catheters and/or urology business will be preferred
- Commercial acumen, keen sales and market data understanding and sales excellence skills
- Excellent in communication, collaboration, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Knowing in deep the tenders' process and the distribution models' dynamics of her/his territory (i.e.
retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, DPC and direct, home delivery distribution)
- Be able to make an efficient accounts segmentation and targeting to deliver a successful accounts' plan
- Capable to work on key priorities and on focused activities
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms
- Experience in working directly with end-users and patients
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
- Ability to travel at least 80% of the time
- Accountability and ownership mindset
