To further strengthen our position in Italy, we are looking for a Territory Manager to cover our territory in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo).
The Opportunity: As Territory Manager, you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets. A trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology. You use our data on demand, pricing, and various markets to have an edge in your sales process. Together with the client, you determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E, or a listing. You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert. On top of that, you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.
You will be accountable for:
Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territoryIdentifying geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunityGrowing sales with new businessDeveloping a strategy and plan for securing potential customersBuilding, maintaining, and updating a Playbook on a frequent basisEnsuring proper execution of sales through coordination with the "Win Team" to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing.Here is what you bring: Proactivity and autonomy are at the core of what drives you as a professional.
