We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sustainable business growth and achieving company objectives in Northern Italy. Role Description & Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement strategic sales programs, exceeding annual targets and strengthening the SolidWorks brand in the market. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for the assigned territory, aligning with company growth goals. Identify and target key customers and industries, leveraging SolidWorks solutions/products and collaborating with internal teams (marketing, solution consultants, etc.) to address customer needs effectively. Work with partners and internal teams to engage end-user customers, conduct business process assessments, and deliver tailored SolidWorks solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and value. Focus on customer retention by promoting subscriptions and maintenance services, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional customer experience programs. Coach and empower partners to manage their business operations effectively and achieve shared goals. Foster strong collaboration within the SolidWorks partner channel, creating synergies and building relationships with local partners. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, CRM updates, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting, including sales pipeline management across four rolling quarters. Represent the SolidWorks brand in partner business planning sessions, product launches, quarterly briefings, and other key events. Recruit, train, and enable partners, equipping them with industry solutions, sales enablement tools, and account-based selling strategies to drive performance and results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A proven track record of 7 years in sales channel management, preferably in the software, technology, or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of Dassault Systèmes' solutions or similar software suites, with a demonstrated ability to understand technical products. Excellent skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation. Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and customers. CAD knowledge is a plus. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
