Tender Specialist (Sosituzione Maternit )

Manpower Professional - Life Sciences is looking for a Tender Officer Italy (maternity leave) on behalf of a multinational company based in Roma.
Main tasks: • As our Tender Officer and a member of our EMEA Supply Chain team, you'll pro-actively support all tender-related tasks and the administrative contact regarding tender-related matters.
In collaboration with the Sales department and additional stakeholders, you'll contribute to the search of upcoming tenders.
• By fulfilling your role, you'll ensure the correct and timely preparation of requested tender documents for our customers.
In addition, you will both manage and file all tender and tender authorization documents.
• You will manage alle sample requests by the customer.
Consequently, you will follow up on these requests up until the deliver.
You will also manage all price lists and contracts within SAP for all assigned product groups.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordination of various customer requests in relation to tenders or quotations.
• As a Tender Officer, you will provide administrative support towards the business unit.
Consequently, you will create reports on pricing and manage all administrative aspects of contracts and award decisions related to the relevant tenders.
• The administrative support of this role will also entail providing the input for the creation of new customers, updating software TO with price/items award decisions, managing prices in accordance to internal control systems and managing form for Key Performance Indicators.
• In order to drive the continuous improvement of our tenders, you'll exchange knowledge and best practices, regarding the administrative aspects of tender submissions and their follow-up, with colleagues across EMEA.
