A day in the life of a Tender Specialist Preparation and documentation of tenders, bids, or other contracts Coordinate for obtaining the required approvals Monitoring deadlines and reporting on Tenders status on a regular basis Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion Prepares correspondences to internal departments, bidders, and contractors Liaises with the Sales Force on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status Collaboration with Sales Support function to check pricing and approve credit/debit notes and with Legal depts and external legal to provide the right documentation and check the existing one What will make you successful Knowledge of PA order flow for the management of issues regarding prices and quantities both for hospitals and for home-care patients Knowledge of the flow of PA invoices for the correct pricing on SOLD-TO Good understanding: Word, Excel, EDI, and Power query/Power BI Team worker Good communication skills, time management, good organization of working loads Who We Are, What We Believe In We are Nestlé.
