**Tender Specialist**:
We are looking for a Tender Specialist Engineer who will be responsible for following up tenders
related to the design of civil works and transport infrastructures.

**Qualifications**:
Master Degree in Engineering(Civil) ;
Fluent English Language (at least B2 level).
Second Language knowledge will be appreciated.
Ability to establish contacts with a wide range of partners.
