For Karl Storz Italia we are looking for a Tender Specialist , based in Rome.
The Tender Specialist will be responsible for managing all activities related to the preparation and submission of commercial offers for tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and interpretation of tender documents. Preparation and coordination of bids in response to tenders. Collaboration with various internal departments (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to gather all necessary information. Monitoring deadlines and managing the submission processes for bids. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legal requirements. Managing communications with contracting authorities throughout the entire tender process. Preparing reports and post-tender analysis to identify areas for improvement. Requirements:
Degree in Law, Economics, or Management Engineering. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices sector or a regulated environment. In-depth knowledge of tender regulations and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What The Company Offers:
