We are currently looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team in Italy.
In this position you will: Monitor upcoming public tenders / sales opportunities and notify business areas.
Track the tender flow and coordinate tasks/activities within the flow, to ensure that every offer is placed within the tender deadlines and according to the tender specs.
Lead or join the alignment meetings with tender stakeholders (Sales and Marketing) to define deadlines and specific requirements of the tender.
Prepare required documentation connected to public/private tenders, bids and sales offers, also provided by relevant/responsible departments (sales, marketing...).
Manage tenders samples request, according to internal procedures and customer requirements.
Submit tenders and bids on time and minimize the risk of delays.
Maintain tender / opportunity pipeline.
Manage post awarding processes respecting timeline.
Manage sales contracts lifecycle.
Properly archive all tenders and contracts documentation.
Acquire and update all necessary documentation (regulatory and administrative), for both tenders and contracts use.
Update and manage providers register online.

What you'll need Knowledge of the end-to-end tender process.
Administration / Legal Degree or equivalent Experience.
Relevant years' experience in tender & contract management.
Accuracy and attention to details.
Self-driven and independent attitude.
Experience with SAP or similar platforms would be desired.
Good level of English.
Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
