What's the role? We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a Tender & Sales Administration Specialist.

What does the role involve? The Tender & Sales Administration Specialis t is responsible for submitting Tenders on time and in required quality, collecting all needed documentation and approvals.
He/She is responsible for both Tender Management and Document Management.
Main activities will be:
T ender Management: Analyze the tender regulation, documentation and requirements verifying their compatibility with the product and services provided by the company and support sales team to define the technical and commercial offer; manage customer portal during tender phase in order to carry out all necessary activities; support sales team and other field function to provide to the customers, during its bidding/tender process, all info and characteristics related to the Hilti product and service in order to underline Hilti VP. Analyze customer tender requirements and coordinate internal function to customize and provide info required; Develop proper reports to track Hilti's performance on tenders (including missed opportunities, with classification of reasons of rejection and proposal for fixing); Document Management Collect, edit, assess and update various types of documents, including certificates, declarations, administrative docs, customer forms and template related to business acquisition phase in order to meet Customer requirements Manage qualification process and documentation elaboration ensuring that customer requests and deadlines are met with a proper quality level Organize and maintain a centralized document repository for easy retrieval and reference. What you need is: At least a bachelor Degree in legal subjects; +1 year of experience in customer contract documentation and PA/customer portals management (qualifications, submissions, renewals, Fluent in English and Italian Attention to detail and precision in the document elaboration Why should you apply?
