We provide support relating to commercial proposals for all product lines.

Partner with the best As a Tender Manager, you will prepare proposals/bids, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with contract commitments, and assess commercial risks.
You will lead the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.
Responsibilities: Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
Handle important clients for a product line.
Cooperate with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
Collaborate with departments involved in medium-sized sales, handling country or large territory.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireline Services.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial proposals (preferable).
Be able to communicate in English (advanced/fluent).
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects, document, plan, market, and execute programs, and establish project management skills.

Normal Office-based Working Hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
