We are looking for a OFFICE TENDERING AND PROCUREMENT EMPLOYEE at our headquarters Towers of Q.lo. The person will take care of drafting tender projects with reference to: Analysis of the tender documents, with particular attention to the specifications and the contract documents and the product documents.Verification of the correspondence of the technical data sheets of the selected products to the tender documents, to the national legislation on public procurement, and to the specific legislation on food matters.Drafting of preliminary supply agreements and collection of supplier declarations/certifications.Preferred requirements are: Degree in food technology, food safety, biology, or similar qualification.Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel (processing complex calculations, pivot tables, etc.).About us: Organizational culture oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement.Possibility of using, at a symbolic price, the company restaurant or similar.Support for psychological well-being through an online platform that operates anonymously and confidentially, also available to family members.Continuous technical and transversal training policy both in person and with a dedicated e-learning platform.Direct hiring, full time.
