Temporary Yacht Repairs Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Yacht Repairs Supervisor to oversee a demanding repair project on a 33 meters motor yacht based in Viareggio.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of the yacht repair project, including planning, scheduling, reporting and budgeting.Coordinating with various subcontractors and suppliers.Ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Managing a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople.Maintaining open communication with the yacht owner and project stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a yacht repairs supervisor or project manager.In-depth knowledge of yacht construction, materials, and systems.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 8 weeks.If you possess the necessary qualifications and are available to start immediately, please submit your resume and cover letter to ****** are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.We look forward to hearing from you!
